- Elevate Talent Density & Succession: Overhaul talent acquisition and retention strategies to aggressively attract top-tier commercial, digital, and technical leaders. Build a robust, future-proofed succession pipeline for critical management board and director-level roles.
- Performance & Reward Orchestration: Design and deploy aggressive, highly motivating performance management and Total Rewards frameworks. Align compensation structures directly with P&L outcomes, market share growth, and long-term shareholder value.
- Transformational Change Management: Act as the enterprise change agent. Lead the workforce through constant evolution—whether shifting toward digital transformation, integrating new retail networks, or pivoting business models—with minimal operational disruption.

What We’re Looking For
- Executive HR Pedigree: 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, with significant tenure operating at the VP or C-level within large-scale FMCG, Retail, or complex conglomerate environments.
- The "MNC / Local" Hybrid: You possess the structural discipline, governance, and best practices of a tier-1 multinational corporation, coupled with the grit, agility, and street-smart execution required to survive and thrive in a massive domestic private enterprise.
- M&A and Transformation Expert: A definitive, battle-tested track record of leading complex organizational restructuring, post-merger cultural integrations, and large-scale change management initiatives.
- Commercial Acumen: You are a business leader first, an HR professional second. You deeply understand the P&L, supply chain dynamics, and commercial go-to-market strategies, and you know exactly how human capital levers drive those metrics.
