The Role
This is a high-stakes, highly visible executive mandate sitting at the very nexus of corporate strategy, corporate finance, and global capital markets. As the Head of Investor Relations for a Top-tier Consumer Conglomerate, you will not merely be reporting quarterly numbers; you will be the chief architect of our global equity story. Reporting directly to the Group CFO and advising the Board of Directors, your mandate is to translate our highly complex, multi-subsidiary "All-in-One" consumer ecosystem into a compelling, transparent, and premium-valued investment thesis for tier-1 global institutional investors, private equity firms, and sell-side analysts.

What You’ll Do
- Architect the Equity Story: Continuously refine and forcefully articulate the Group’s strategic narrative. Simplify the complexities of our "offline-to-online" ecosystem transition, ensuring the market deeply understands and appropriately values our long-term growth synergies.
- Global Stakeholder Orchestration: Design and execute world-class global roadshows, investor days, and quarterly earnings calls. Cultivate and fiercely protect relationships with top-tier institutional shareholders, buy-side funds, and tier-1 equity research analysts.
- Market Intelligence & Valuation Defense: Act as the internal intelligence agency for the C-suite. Provide rigorous analysis of peer benchmarking, market sentiment, sector multiples, and macroeconomic trends to fiercely defend and expand the Group's valuation premium.
- Strategic Corporate Finance Partnership: Work in lockstep with the M&A, Corporate Finance, and Strategy divisions. Provide critical IR counsel during fundraising rounds, IPOs of subsidiaries, and major M&A announcements to ensure seamless market perception and mitigate share price volatility.
- ESG & Strategic Disclosures: Lead the charge in elevating the Group’s ESG reporting to top-tier global standards, a critical mandate for attracting premium international capital in today's market.
What We’re Looking For
- Capital Markets Pedigree: 12-15+ years of formidable experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Private Equity. Previous experience leading IR for a large-cap, publicly listed multinational or complex conglomerate is highly preferred.
- Master of Financial Complexity: You possess elite financial modeling and valuation skills. You can dissect complex conglomerate structures, sum-of-the-parts (SOTP) valuations, and intricate M&A financials, translating them into digestible, powerful narratives.
- Executive Gravitas & Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling capabilities. You possess the intellectual firepower and unshakeable composure required to debate strategy with global fund managers and advise visionary billionaires.
- Deep Institutional Network: You bring a highly established, pre-existing network of relationships with regional and global institutional investors, buy-side/sell-side analysts, and financial media.
- Hyper-Agility: The ability to thrive in a notoriously fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving corporate environment. You are proactive, anticipating market questions and crafting defensive/offensive IR strategies before the market even reacts.
