What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Network Blueprinting: Redesign and optimize the national manufacturing footprint, mega-distribution centers, and last-mile fulfillment networks to support aggressive double-digit growth and rapid M&A integrations.
  • End-to-End S&OP Mastery: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) command center. Drive ruthless alignment between commercial forecasts, production capacity, and inventory management to minimize stockouts and optimize working capital.
  • Digitalization & Future-Proofing: Champion the digital transformation of the supply chain. Deploy advanced data analytics, AI-driven demand forecasting, and warehouse automation to transition from a reactive model to a highly predictive operation.
  • Synergy Realization: Break down silos between the FMCG manufacturing arms and the retail distribution network, ensuring seamless product flow, unified logistics protocols, and maximized cost synergies across the entire conglomerate.
  • Resilience & Risk Mitigation: Build a highly adaptive supply chain capable of absorbing macroeconomic shocks, raw material volatility, and the rapid, sudden pivots characteristic of a hyper-growth domestic giant.

What We’re Looking For

  • Executive Pedigree: 15+ years of progressive leadership in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, ideally with a blend of experience in FMCG manufacturing and modern omnichannel retail.
  • Battle-Tested at Scale: A definitive track record of managing highly complex, multi-node supply networks with massive SKU counts and deep national penetration.
  • Entrepreneurial Grit: The ability to thrive in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, aggressive targets, and rapid execution without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Transformational Leadership: Proven experience in modernizing legacy supply chains, implementing Tier-1 ERP/WMS systems, and leading large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Commercial Acumen: You do not just look at cost per case; you understand how supply chain agility drives market share, shelf-presence, and overall brand dominance.
